The cellars
Viticulture means accepting the challenge of highly specialised labour.
A job we do with pride, aware of the extraordinary identity of the Salaparuta wines,
fruit of a land with a high wine vocation and strong tradition, entrusting each wine and each cellar with its own added value. Dedicated vinification processes and organoleptic characteristics of the wines make each Consortium cellar unique and peculiar.
